Payment Processing Flow

Payment via WooCommerce (Online Payment)

• The user selects an online payment method.

• The website redirects the user to the WooCommerce Pay Now page.

• The order is marked as completed when the WooCommerce order status becomes Completed.

Payment via WA4V (Offline Payments)

• The user selects an offline payment method (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Check).

• The user is redirected to the Voxel order page, where a payment instruction popup is displayed.

• When the admin or vendor receives the payment, they manually click Mark as Paid.

Additionally, admins can edit Voxel order information.
