Order Statuses

A Voxel order is considered paid only when the corresponding WooCommerce order status is “Completed.”

If the WooCommerce order status is “Processing,” it is not yet considered paid in the Voxel order.

The shipping status in WA4V is handled through the Voxel order with actions such as “Mark as shipped” and “Mark as delivered.” WA4V does not use WooCommerce shipping.

When a WooCommerce order status is “Processing,” “Pending,” or “On hold,” the admin or vendor can mark the order as paid. This action will update the WooCommerce order status to “Completed.” Once that happens, the Voxel order is considered successful, and the related Voxel subscription will be activated.
